  • Pricing & Payments

    Prices in GBP include UK VAT. International duties excluded. Payment processed via SSL-encrypted gateways. We never store card details.

  • Delivery Policy

    UK: 2-5 business days. Tracking provided upon dispatch. Delays from force majeure exempt.

  • Returns & Refunds

    14-day returns from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags. Refunds processed in 5 days. Sale items/gifts non-refundable.

  • Intellectual Property

    All designs, logos, and content © iTruWin 2025. Unauthorized use triggers legal action. Customer photos may be featured with credit.

  • Governing Law

    Governed by English law. Disputes settled in London courts. EU consumers retain statutory rights under Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Limitation of Liability

    iTruWin’s liability capped at order value. Excludes indirect/consequential losses. While jewellery is hypoallergenic, we disclaim liability for allergic reactions. Professional appraisals recommended for valuation. Gemstone images represent general quality; natural variations occur.

  • Policy Amendments

    Terms updated quarterly; check date stamp below. Continued use implies acceptance. Material changes notified via email 30 days prior. Archived versions available upon request.
